Notice is hereby given that Transylvania County is soliciting proposals for the construction of a new Emergency Medical Services Base located on Morris Road in Brevard, North Carolina.
A copy of the RFP with detailed specifications, information, and selection criteria may be obtained beginning Wednesday, September 21, 2022 from Jennifer Galloway at the Transylvania County Finance Department, 101 South Broad Street, Brevard, NC 28712, at [email protected], or at 828-884-3104. You may also find the RFP online at https://www.transylvaniacounty.org/request-for-proposals-bids.
Request for proposals must be received by Jennifer Galloway at the address shown above for a formal bid opening no later than 10:00 AM EST, October 19th, 2022. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM EST, October 5TH, 2022 at the address shown above in the Transylvania County Commissioners Chambers. Questions for the project will be due October 12TH, 2022 by 4:00 PM EST, via email to [email protected].
The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law.
