The Transylvania County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing of the 2025 Comprehensive Plan on Monday, March 27, 2017 at 7:00pm in the County Commissioners Chambers.

2025 Comprehensive Plan
On August 18, 2016, the Planning Board unanimously voted to submit the Final Draft of the 2025 Comprehensive Plan to the Transylvania County Board of Commissioners for a public hearing and adoption. The Transylvania County Planning Board has been developing the plan since August 2014. The records of their open meetings can be found here.
