Meeting Details:

The Board of Commissioners of Transylvania County met in special session on Tuesday,
February 10, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rogow Room of the Transylvania County Library.
The purpose of the session was to conduct the 2009 Planning Workshop.
Commissioners present were Lynn Bullock, Chairman Jason Chappell, Mike Hawkins,
Daryle Hogsed, and Vice-Chairman Kelvin Phillips. Also present were County Manager
Artie Wilson, Finance Director Gay Poor, Human Resources Director Sheila Cozart, and
Clerk to the Board Trisha McLeod.
