TRANSYLVANIA COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
September 28, 2015 – REGULAR MEETING
The Board of Commissioners of Transylvania County met in regular session on Monday, September 28, 2015 at
7:00 p.m. in Commissioners Chambers at the County Administration Building.
Commissioners present were Jason Chappell, Vice-Chairman Larry Chapman, Chairman Mike Hawkins, Page
Lemel and Kelvin Phillips. Also present were County Manager Jaime Laughter, County Attorney Tony Dalton
and Clerk to the Board Trisha Hogan.
