Government Meetings

Meeting Details:

The Board of Commissioners of Transylvania County met in regular session on Monday, August 9, 2004, 7:00 p.m., large courtroom of the Courthouse, Chairman Ray Miller presiding.  There were approximately 15 people in the audience.
 
Commissioners present: Chairman Ray Miller, Commissioners Marla Cilley, Jeff Duvall and David Guice.  Commissioner Rob Davenport arrived at 7:05 pm.
 
Staff present:  Manager Artie Wilson, Attorney David Neumann, Court Sergeant Terry Whitmire, Finance Director Gay Poor, Social Services Director Carson Griffin, Emergency Services Director David McNeill and Clerk to Board Kimberly Conover.  Also present were commissioner candidates Lynn Bullock and Dr. Carol Grahl.
