Meeting Details:

The Board of Commissioners of Transylvania County met in regular session on Monday, June 28, 2004, 7:00 p.m., large courtroom of the Courthouse, Chairman Ray Miller presiding.  There were approximately 15 people in the audience.
 
Commissioners present: Chairman Ray Miller, Commissioners Marla Cilley, Jeff Duvall and David Guice.  Commissioner Rob Davenport arrived at 7:15 p.m.
 
Staff present:  Manager Artie Wilson, Attorney David Neumann, Court Sergeant Terry Whitmire, Finance Director Gay Poor, Health Director Steve Smith, Transportation Director Keith McCoy, Social Services Director Carson Griffin, Deputy Tax Collector Genelle Chapman, County Planner Mike Thomas and Clerk to Board Kimberly Conover
