Notice is hereby given that the Transylvania County Tourism Development Authority is soliciting qualifications for support agencies to assist it with the day-to-day needs of being a destination management organization.

A copy of the Request for Qualifications with detailed scope of work, additional information, and selection criteria may be obtained beginning January 20th, 2022 from Jennifer Galloway at the Transylvania County Finance Department, 101 South Broad Street, Brevard, NC 28712, at [email protected], or at 828-884-3100.

Written questions will be received until March 1st, 2022. An intent to respond will be required of interested organizations. Additionally, there will be an online question and answer session with members of the Authority’s task force and the Transylvania County Finance Director.

Statements of qualifications must be received by Jonathan Griffin, Finance Director, at the address shown above no later than 4:00 PM EST, April 1st, 2022

The Board of Directors of the Authority reserves the right to reject all responses in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law.
