The Transylvania County Tax Office submitted the proposed 2021 Schedule of Values to the Board of County Commissioners for review on October 12, 2020.
The Schedule of Values outlines the standards and rules that will be used to appraise all real property in Transylvania County.
Per North Carolina General Statute 105-317, the schedule has been made available for public inspection at the Tax Office (20 E Morgan St), Transylvania County Library (212 South Gaston St), County Administration Building (101 South Broad St), and is available online @ Transylvaniacounty.org.
A public hearing has been scheduled for October 26.
