Transylvania County offices and public buildings will close early on Friday, December 20, 2019 to allow employees to attend the County’s Annual Luncheon and Awards Ceremony. The Woodruff Landfill, located on Howell Road, will close at 11:30 a.m. All other offices will close at 12 noon.
