Government Meetings

Meeting Details:

The Transylvania County Board of Commissioners met in regular session on Monday, October 25, 2004, 7:00 p.m., large courtroom of the Courthouse, Chairman Ray Miller presiding.  There were approximately 20 people in the audience.
 
Commissioners present: Chairman Ray Miller, Commissioners Marla Cilley, Jeff Duvall, Rob Davenport and David Guice.  
 
Staff present:  Manager Artie Wilson, Attorney David Neumann, Court Sergeant Terry Whitmire, Finance Director Gay Poor, Deputy Tax Collector Genelle Chapman, Social Services Director Carson Griffin, Louise Koontz from Social Services, Sandra Beck and Larry Moss from Information Technology, Health Director Steve Smith, Register of Deeds Cindy Ownbey, Deputy Sheriff Jeff Hubbard, and Clerk to Board Kimberly Conover.  Also present were commissioner candidates Jason Chappell and Lynn Bullock.
