Meeting Details:

The Board of Commissioners of Transylvania County met in special session on Tuesday,
September 21, 2010 at 7:15 p.m. in the Rogow Room at the Transylvania County Library. The
purpose of the meeting was to discuss critical space needs and capital needs in the County.
Commissioners present were Lynn Bullock, Chairman Jason Chappell, Mike Hawkins, Daryle
Hogsed, and Vice-Chairman Kelvin Phillips. Also present were County Manager Artie Wilson,
Project Manager Larry Reece, Operations Director David McNeill, and Clerk to the Board Trisha
Hogan.
