THURDAY, MAY 28, 2009, 6:00 p.m., Rogow Room, Transylvania County Library
The Board of Commissioners of Transylvania County met in Special Session on Thursday, May
28, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rogow Room at the Transylvania County Library. The meeting was
called for the purpose of considering the FY 2009-2010 Budget. The Budget was presented on
CD. Printed copies of the Budget are on file in the Finance Office, the Administration Building
and the Transylvania County Library.
Commissioners present were Lynn Bullock, Chairman Jason Chappell, Mike Hawkins and ViceChairman
Kelvin Phillips. Commissioner Daryle Hogsed was absent. Also present were County
Manager Artie Wilson, Finance Director Gay Poor, Human Resources Director Sheila Cozart and
Clerk to the Board Trisha McLeod.
