Meeting Details:

The Board of Commissioners of Transylvania County met in special session on Saturday,
April 12, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. in the Rogow Room at the Transylvania County Library. The
purpose of the session was to conduct the 2008 planning workshop.
Commissioners present were Lynn Bullock, Chairman Jason Chappell, David Guice,
Daryle Hogsed, and Vice-Chairman Kelvin Phillips. Also present were County Manager
Artie Wilson, Finance Director Gay Poor, Human Resources Director Sheila Cozart and
Clerk to the Board Trisha McLeod. Jim Stokoe from the Land-of-Sky Regional Council
acted as the facilitator for the planning workshop.
