Meeting Details:

The Transylvania County Board of Commissioners met in special session on Wednesday,
February 7, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. in the Community Services Conference Room for the
purpose of considering the North Carolina Department of Transportation’s (DOT)
recommended program of total needs for Secondary Road Improvements in Transylvania
County.
Commissioners present were Chairman Jason Chappell, Vice Chairman Kelvin Phillips,
David Guice and Daryle Hogsed. Commissioner Lynn Bullock was not present.
DOT representatives present were Division 14 DOT Board Member Conrad Burrell,
District Engineer Mark Gibbs, Division 14 Engineer Brian Burch, Division Maintenance
Engineer Joel Setzer, County Maintenance Engineer and Right-of-Way Supervisor Frank
Dills.
County Staff: Manager Artie Wilson and Clerk to the Board Trisha McLeod
