Meeting Details:

The Board of Commissioners of Transylvania County met in a Special Called Session on
Wednesday, January 31, 2007 in the large courtroom of the Transylvania County
Courthouse.
Commissioners present were Lynn Bullock, Chairman Jason Chappell, David Guice,
Daryle Hogsed and Vice-Chairman Kelvin Phillips.
Staff Members present were County Manager Artie Wilson, Library Director Anna Yount
and Library Staff, Board of Elections Director Judy Matthews, Finance Director Gay
Poor, Tax Assessor/Collector David Reid, Health Director Steve Smith, Project Manager
Larry Reece, Veterans Services Frank Pearsall and Clerk to the Board Trisha McLeod.
