Government Meetings

Meeting Details:

The Transylvania County Board of Commissioners met in special session on Monday, January 23, 2006, 2:00 p.m., in the Community Services Conference Room, for the purpose of considering the North Carolina Department of Transportation’s (DOT) recommended program of total needs for FY 2005-06 Secondary Road Construction Program.  There were seven people in the audience. 
 
Commissioners present were Chairman David Guice, Commissioners Jason Chappell and Ray Miller.  Commissioners Jeff Duvall and Kelvin Phillips were not present.
 
DOT representatives present were Division 14 DOT Board Member Conrad Burrell, DOT District Engineer Mark Gibbs, Division 14 Engineer Brian Burch, Division Maintenance Engineer Joel Setzer, District Engineer Edward A. Green, County Maintenance Engineer Jeff Moore, and Right-of-Way Supervisor Frankie Dills
