Meeting Details:

The Transylvania County Board of Commissioners met in a special joint session with Brevard City Council on Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Rogow Room at the Transylvania County Library.
Commissioners present were Lynn Bullock, Chairman Jason Chappell, Mike Hawkins and Daryle Hogsed. Commissioner Kelvin Phillips was absent. Also present were County Manager Artie Wilson, Planning and Economic Development Director Mark Burrows and Clerk to the Board Trisha McLeod.
Brevard City Council Members present were Larry Canady, Rodney Locks, Mack McKeller, Mayor Pro Tem Mac Morrow and Dee Dee Perkins. Mayor Jimmy Harris was absent. Also present were City Manager Joe Albright, City Planning Director Josh Freeman and City Clerk Glenda Sansosti.
