CALL TO ORDER

Sign up is required. Speakers will be limited to three minutes. The public comment period will close when there are no more speakers or the 15 minute limit is reached.
Public Comment during Agenda Item
Speakers wishing to address a particular agenda item may request to do so prior to a motion being made to consider that agenda item. Speakers will be limited to three minutes and the chair will determine when public comment will end. An effort will be made to alternate speakers with opposing views.

Speakers will be limited to three minutes. The Chairman will limit the number of speakers speaking on the same subject. No one individual will be permitted to repetitively speak on the same subject.

All meetings of the Transylvania County Board of Commissioners are open to the public.
Regular Meeting Schedule: 2nd Tuesday of each month at 9am & 4th Monday of each month at 7pm.

viewed at the public’s convenience. Regular meetings can be seen on Cable Channel 102 every Thursday at 7pm and
every Saturday at 12 noon.
ADJOURNMENT
Upon adjournment of today’s meeting, the Board of Commissioners intends to take a walking tour of the Silvermont trail to view the erosion and storm water containment issues. No action will be taken and no other County business will be conducted.
